Refund Policy
Due to the nature of mobile notary and signing services, fees may be non-refundable once travel has begun or services have been rendered.
Refunds are generally not issued for:

Cancellations made after the notary has traveled

Signer no-shows or refusal to sign

Incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the client

Transactions that cannot proceed due to missing identification or required parties
If an error is made directly by the notary, reasonable efforts will be made to correct the issue at no additional cost, when permitted by law.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
