All notary and signing services are provided by commissioned, insured, and authorized notaries in accordance with applicable state laws.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required documents, signers, valid identification, and witnesses (if applicable) are present at the time of the appointment.

Precision Signing Group, LLC is not responsible for:

• The content, legality, or accuracy of documents

• Legal advice or document preparation

• Delays caused by incomplete documents, missing parties, or incorrect information

Travel fees, after-hours fees, and other service-related charges may apply and will be disclosed prior to or at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service if identification is invalid, documents are incomplete, or if the transaction violates applicable laws or professional standards.
